Geodensity complies with Law No. 19.628 on the Protection of Private Life. Personal data provided by the user will be processed according to our Privacy Policy, available at /en/privacy.html. The user has the right to access, rectify, cancel, and oppose the processing of their personal data by sending a request to contacto@geodensity.com.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including texts, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Geodensity or third parties who have authorized its use, and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

7. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute arising from their application or interpretation shall be submitted to the competent courts of Santiago.
